We are calling for samples of “Kirara” #6, our High-Quality Protein Crystal Growth Service.

The sixth launch of "Kirara" is scheduled in the beginning of 2025 at the earliest. Since the first launch in 2019, total of 23 business and research organizations have used Kirara for their research *1.
The sample is not limited to proteins, but other samples such as cellulose synthesis and remdesivir-SBECD solutions for COVID-19 drug discovery research, both of which we launched in the previous missions. We have been providing STEAM*2 programs for students since the 3rd missions, and in 5th mission we provided to Taiwan as well as Japan. Following the demonstration launch in December 2019, we successfully completed the commercial services in 2020 through 2024.
We will continue to provide user-friendly and flexible services as the first ISS Commercial Service Provider (CSP) in Japan.
