Kirara-6 Successfully Launched to the International Space Station (ISS)

On April 21, 2025, at 4:15am EDT, Kirara-6 was successfully launched aboard SpaceX's Dragon cargo spacecraft (SpX-32) to the ISS. The spacecraft docked with the ISS the following day, and the Kirara-6 was installed in the ICE Cubes Facility operated by Space Applications Services. Over the next month, the experiment will focus on crystal growth and other processes. Kirara-6 is expected to return to Earth in late May.
